Olive Oil.
Our olive oil comes direct from a single UNESCO World Heritage farm in the high altitudes of the Douro Superior. We pick our olives in the cool weather of November, when we’re sure they’ve been sweetened by the sun, and then cold-press them into our delicate extra virgin olive oil.
Available in 500 ml bottles that are perfectly sized for use in the kitchen, we will be releasing our olive oil in 2025. Its smooth, slightly sweet flavor makes it the perfect star of the show on your charcuterie board or in your salad dressing.
